What is your online bookstore shipping policy?

Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Our standard shipping charges are based on Priority Mail rates and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

​

Normal delivery time is within 3-5 business days after order processing. However, your packages may be significantly delayed due to COVID-19. USPS is facing significant delays in shipping. Please be aware your package may be delayed 3-45 days.

For orders over $100, a delivery confirmation signature will be required.

What is your online bookstore return policy?

​

We expect that you'll love the books that you purchase from Young, Black & Lit's online bookstore because we've selected the books with love.  However, we understand that you may wish to return a book for any number of reasons.

 

We accept any return shipped to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Please package up the item(s) and send it back to us at the following address:

Please include a short note that includes your order number and the reason for your return.

 

Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order.  We do ask that you please understand that shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Our return policy allows for a refund of the item cost only.
